The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) that serves Jefferson, Berkeley, and Morgan Counties is funded in part by the state of West Virginia through the WV Development Office, and the United States Small Business Administration. We are part of a network of 12 West Virginia Small Business Development Centers across the state.

      Our professional and friendly staff of Christina Lundberg and Nancy Ferner are available five days a week to assist you in starting a business, business plan development, referrals to useful resources, small business training, developing a loan package and problem solving.
